It’s an extremely beautiful and tasty flat loaf.
The needed ingredients are: ½ l cool milk, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, a packet of fresh yeast (or a 10 gr. packet of dry yeast), about a kilo and a half of flour, 100 gr. butter, a yolk, a teaspoon of oil. Knead the dough as usual for a flat loaf – dissolve the yeast in the cool milk and the sugar. Add to this mixture 4-5 soupspoons of flour and the salt. Mix well and wait to get bubbles. Do a well in the flour and fill in the ready leaven, and then knead soft dough (non-sticking). Leave the dough to rise on warm for 30-40 minutes, covered with a napkin or a stretch folio, to avoid crust. Roll the well-risen dough about 1 cm in thickness. Coat the ready cake, with 100 gr. molten butter, but not hot. To get such a beautiful flat loaf, roll into a roller, as shown in the picture, and cut at triangular pieces. Arrange the triangles in an oil coated tin and leave for a second time to rise for 15-20 minutes. Coat the well-risen cake with a beaten yolk with a teaspoon of oil, and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or till readiness. You cam even prepare tasty cheese buns of this dough. For this purpose, on the rolled dough add crashed cheese, eggs if you want, and then roll and cut the roller. If you want, you can pour on the flat loaf with molten butter and bread-crumbs, which will give it an irresistible scent, taste and a crispy crust. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
