To prepare this savory sausage breakfast you need the following ingredients:
About a kilo of flour, a packet of dry yeast, 10 gr., a teaspoon sugar a teaspoon salt, cool water – 450 ml, and some sausage. Do a leaven from the yeast, the sugar, 4-5 spoons flour and the water. When this mixture starts to bubble it is ready to knead your breakfast, as you put the salt in the rest of the flour. Do a well where you will fill the mixture and knead a smooth, elastic and non-sticking dough. Cover and leave it to rise for 30 minutes. Then form similar balls the size of a tennis ball. Roll every ball at round sheet about a half cm thick. In the middle of every one put a slice of sausage and cut as shown on the picture. Next close the sausage slice as you interweave to the left and to the right side. Like this a plait will form. Every piece spread with some dissolved butter, which will contribute to an extra scent and taste. Arrange them in a large baking dish at distance and bake in preheated oven to 180 degrees until readiness.
