An egg, curds and olives hors d` oeuvre

We present you a wonderful tasty, good looking and easy to prepare hors d` oeuvre.

       Ingredients you need:

    Hard-boiled eggs depending on the number of your guests, 100-150 gr. curds, 50 gr. butter, salt to taste, pepper and black olives/for your facility` s sake you can use stoned olives/


    Take the hard- boiled eggs and cut into two pieces. Get out the yolk, put it in a bowl, add the curds, salt, pepper and butter on room` s temperature. All the ingredients smash with a hand press for potatoes to get homogeneous mixture. Put it in every egg with the help of two teaspoons or a posh. The so prepared hors d` oeuvre decorate with olives, cut in length for legs and halves for body. Not only this is attractive, but this hors d` oeuvre is very tasty!!!
