A kitchen cunning! An absolutely tasty mini-strudel.
You can quickly prepare it. You only need some apples, sugar, raisins and walnuts. We use butter dough, it’s better to use fresh (chilled) one. Grate the apples with fine grater, put some sugar (with or brown), put the raisins and the walnuts. This is the filling of your strudel. Take out the butter dough of the fridge and cut it at not big squares. After that put of the prepared filling in the middle of the square, that much, so after you have gathered the four ends of the dough, the filling won’t protrude. After you have gathered the four ends of the square, press them to stick and reverse the borders to make visible some part of the filling. Coat the surface of the prepared strudels with yolk with the help of a brush and put them to bake to 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
