To prepare a really effective leopard cake you need the following ingredients
(for every one of the three cakes): 4 eggs, 100 gr. butter, 150 gr. powdered sugar, 100 gr. flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, 2 soupspoons of cocoa and an orange coloring agent. To make the cake, butter needs to be at room temperature, add the powdered sugar to it and beat up at fluffy cream. Add the four eggs, one by one, to this cream, while keep stirring till their full absorption. Add the teaspoon of baking powder and the sifted flour and mix lightly at hand. Divide the mixture into three equal parts, the first one leave uncolored; add the cocoa to the second one, and the orange coloring to the third part. Take a cake baking form, cover the bottom with a circle of baking paper and put a half of the white mixture, as shown in the picture. On the top, trace out a spiral of the brown mixture, put on it a spiral of the orange mixture, then of the brown again, and, on the top, squirt the rest of the white mixture. Bake the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees till readiness. Prepare and bake at the same way two other cakes. For the cream of the cake, beat up at fluffy cream 300 gr. butter and 300 gr. powdered sugar, add 2 soupspoons of cocoa and mix. You can put a flavor at your choice – vanilla, rum, or another one. When the three cakes are completely cool, go on to the fitting of the leopard cake. Divide the butter cream into three equal parts. Place in a tray the first cake, put 1/3 of the cream and spread it on uniformly. Then, on the top, put the second cake and the next part of the cream. At the end, put the third cake and cover all the cake with the rest of the cream. Leave the cake in the fridge for some hours and after that cover all the cake with a chocolate icing and decorate a leopard design. You can color in orange 2-3 spoons of the butter cream before adding the cocoa, and use the orange mixture to decorate the leopard cake. This is an extremely effective and tasty cake!!!
