We like eating crackers! I improvise again and again with the ingredients and I always get different, tasty, crispy and melting crackers.

Today we’ll present you crackers with an unusual and rarely used spice – honey garlic. Some of you know this spice, others don’t. This is why we’ll tell you a few words about it: the honey garlic has got a marked garlic taste. Dried, it’s mixed with salt, so when you use it, have in mind this. The needed ingredients for these crackers with honey garlic are not many, but wonderful crackers become of them.  You need 100 ml olive oil, 100 ml water, half a tea spoon of honey garlic, a tea spoon of sesame seeds to sprinkle, a little grated nutmeg and about 300 gr. flour. Mix in a bowl the water, the olive oil, the honey garlic and the nutmeg and stir well the ingredients. Add to the mixture spoon by spoon the sifted flour and keep stirring. You get quite soft and oily dough. Leave it covered with a cloth for 20-30 minutes to relax. After this time ran out, take some baking paper the size of you oven tin, because there you’ll bake your crackers. Put the dough ball in the middle of the sheet of paper and roll out the dough with your hands, because it’s soft and elastic and you don’t need a rolling-pin. Spread the dough in a rectangular form on the sheet and make thin about 2-3 mm the dough sheet, but not thicker. Place the sheet of paper in the tin and cut out in small triangles your crackers. Sprinkle them with sesame seeds and press lightly to stick on the dough. Bake these crackers in a preheated oven to 180 degrees about 10-15 minutes till nice golden brown. Serve the ready crackers independently or with some dip. For the crackers we present you today, we’ve made avocado dip.

The ingredients for the avocado dip are: a well ripe avocado, a soup spoon of fresh lemon juice, salt to taste and 1-2 garlic cloves. Smash the avocado with the potato-press and immediately pour out with the lemon juice to avoid blackening. Crush well the garlic and add it to the avocado as well salt to taste. Stir well and serve in a suitable vessel. This dip is the right for these tasty crackers with honey garlic.
