Sift out the flour, do a well and pour out the mixture there. Knead soft and no sticking dough. Leave it for about an hour in the fridge. Tear up some balls of the chilled dough, which you roll on sheets about 0, 5 cm in thickness. Cut out desired forms and shapes of the sheets and bake them for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, but be careful, you shouldn’t over bake them. The ready Christmas biscuits leave to get cool. In this time you can prepare if you want an icing, which you can use to decorate your biscuits. For the icing you need two whites, 250 gr. of sifted powdered sugar and a soupspoon of fresh lemon juice. If you want to decorate your biscuits in colors, use baking paints in different colors. The actual icing prepare like this: add the sugar and the lemon juice to the whites and beat up the mixture with a fast-motion mixer till it acquires a cream covering look. This icing could stay up 6 hours in the fridge, if it’s well closed. You can lay on the icing on the biscuits with a thin tip of the squirt, a cornet, or a brush. After you’ve coated the icing, leave the ready honey biscuits to dry for 7-8 hours in the room. Unleash your imagination and decorate in different ways your holiday honey biscuits. You’re going to surprise everybody for the coming holidays!
