A salty cake of bread
This salty cake is prepared of the slices of one cut loaf of bread /into 13-15 slices/, 2-3 tomatoes, depending on their size, ham – a piece for every slice, about 200 gr. of yellow cheese, 3-4 eggs, butter, some parsley and 2 fresh peppers. First, spread butter very thinly on the slices of bread and arrange them in circle in a suitable tin. Cut the tomatoes into wheels and put a slice of ham and a piece of tomato and pepper between every slice of bread. Then beat up with a fork the eggs and pour uniformly on your salty cake. Grate the yellow cheese on a large grater and sprinkle lavishly the cake. Bake it for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven to 170 degrees. Take out the ready cake and garnish with fresh parsley torn in large pieces. This salty cake can be served for breakfast, as a starter or a light main course.
